Had trio of sausage meal , lovely would re visit . Staff very polite and helpfull . Lite bite meals only available between 12/2 which was the only small think to pick up on , as went to eat at 4.30 and with a pensioner who eats small portions other wise a big thumbs up .
Staff were very friendly and the food was great we both had the stake pie which was full of lage lean chunks of stake. We will definitely be eating here again.
The fresh, excellent food and skilled cooking are just part of what makes this pub special. The bartenders and waitstaff are lovely and bring great energy to the establishment. Lucy and her team are a true asset, and I find myself wanting to return again and again. They also have fantastic entertainment on Saturdays with various singers and bands, making it an all-around wonderful restaurant and pub. It’s truly an underrated gem that doesn’t get the recognition it deserves; I’d say it’s one of the best in Scunthorpe! I’m never disappointed—each visit feels like coming home. Be sure to book a table and check it out for yourself!
