Charlie's Bar - Scottville

This is a fantastic spot to visit and soak up the local atmosphere. While it may be a dive bar, the owner is incredibly welcoming. Approaching its 50th anniversary, the place is still thriving. Definitely worth a visit.

This local bar has a great atmosphere. The beer is ice-cold and the prices are very reasonable. Charlie is a laid-back and friendly host, so make sure to visit and enjoy a drink. Who knows, maybe I'll even treat you to a beer. Cheers!

As visitors from Muskegon who frequently camp at Henry's Landing, we love going to Charlie's for some beers and burgers. The atmosphere is very welcoming and we enjoy teasing Charlie about the lack of old style beer available, even though it's not our top choice. The prices per person range from $10 to $20 and the food, service, and atmosphere all receive top marks of 5.
