How often does a person show up in an open restaurant that they just stand around the staff and waste time to help customers? This goes beyond a bad personal problem and at this point clearly extends to a management/ownership problem. this franchise is a embarrassment to wendy's best. a lot of luck if they even get the employees to recognize them, they are too busy to smoke as a group outside the door next to the car period with the whole restaurant locked in.
Employees ALL stand outside during business hours sucking cigarettes/joints regularly just staring at customers in drive through while no one gets helped. Store will just be locked customers are ignored. Employees are there smoking on the clock though!! This has happened multiple times at every time of day over years. How many times does a person show up to an open restaurant they've placed an order at to the staff just standing around, wasting time outside refusing to help customers? This goes way beyond just a bad staffing problem and clearly extends to a management/ownership issue at this point. This franchise is an embarrassment to Wendy's at best. Good luck, if you can even get the employees to acknowledge you they're too busy getting paid to smoke as a group outside the door next to the drive thru window with the whole restaurant locked.
Always closed abnormally early every time I’ve gone there and I know they are lying when they say “We are actually closed” in response to my questions. Not only have they not updated their hours to reflect closing so early (they’ve been closed as early as 9pm), but from the tone of voice of the workers they are completely unapologetic about. Extremely disappointing service and don’t feel sorry for misleading their customers.
Just had a nightmare of a drive-thru situation. Fully placed my order and wasn't told until at the pay window (which I had to wait at for like 10 minutes before someone even addressed me) that they were out of taco salads. Not wanting to hold up the growing line of cars behind me anymore, I offered to drive around through the drive thru again to order a replacement. Ordered two cheeseburgers and fries. Got back to the pay window, and the cashier just shoved a bag towards me and said it was already paid for before closing the window on me and leaving. Wanting to get out of there at this point, I didn't check the bag until I was home and there was just one burger in there. No fries. The cost of two taco salads does not equal the same as one cheeseburger.
After waiting 15 minutes in drive thru, where the cars in front of me were assisted, but then the car in front of me as well as myself were told they were closed. This was 8:45 pm on a Friday. (9/2/2022)
