Terrible customer service and food is OLD. Whoever works on 9/16 needs a reality check. People would like to work? They seem unhappy? GM must carry out a thorough training or training of its people. I went to Panda Express Scottsdale Rd North of Thomas I was in a hurry to get to work I ordered with the Drive Thru. I got the meal #1 lo me in kun pau chicken, beef and broccoli, appetizer and a drink. I'm eating and they gave me broccoli with this a little bit of beef, not nice. Why are you ?out of x for today? at 5pm!? Update; guess which store was out of items on the menu AGAIN! Panda you?ve lost a customer. This is the 10th+ time they?ve been out of a menu item. Your restaurants should have enough stock for all items on the menu for your entire business day.
