This was the worst experience! On a Friday evening in Old Town, the place was surprisingly empty, and that should have raised a red flag. There were multiple bars, but only one outdoor area was open. The waitress was quite indifferent and didn't provide menus, ice, or even draft beer—she claimed it was too hot for that. The queso dip we ordered tasted like it came from a pump at a ballpark, and the wings had an odd flavor, as if they were fried in fish oil. To make matters worse, our food was served in to-go boxes. We ended up having just one beer and left without eating. I was extremely disappointed; it felt surreal. I sincerely hope this place either goes out of business or gets new ownership that will turn it into something worthy of Old Town. What a waste of a beautiful building and space!

I ordered catfish and asparagus, but she mistakenly brought me mac and cheese. When I pointed out the error, she responded with an attitude. I ended up being charged $64 for what I received—just a piece of fish, asparagus, and a Tito’s with soda water. I felt this was excessively priced. To make matters worse, the waitress became combative, refusing to take any responsibility. I decided to pay my bill and leave. Today, I noticed five separate transactions from Loyalty Lounge on my account, totaling over $100. I have disputed these with my bank. I can no longer recommend or spend money at this establishment, which is disappointing because there aren't many Black-owned businesses in Scottsdale.

I am extremely disappointed! I tried calling all the numbers listed, but no one answered. I even went out of my way to contact you on Instagram, only to be blocked for my efforts to reach out. All I wanted to know was how to get in touch with you. This is very unprofessional! It’s unacceptable to treat customers this way, especially after they’ve done business with you and you charged my card multiple times more than necessary. I won’t let this go because I don’t want others to experience the same issue. I request a response from management, please. Thank you!

Food is great, hookahs are pretty good. But everything is expensive and if you ain't spending you gone have a long wait for anything you order.

Finally a place I’m familiar with! The DJ was bomb, I sure did save a few songs from his playlist. I’m def hood! The food was bomb. We ate them crunchy good wings, the okra was bomb and the catfish nuggets was bomb! Everything so fresh. The waitresses were so fun and didn’t leave you hanging.
