Prime Cut - Scottsbluff

I went in and saw the place was busy. Good sign for a long existing restaurant. The person who took my order was nice and led a great conversation and made some good recommendations. I found a place, my number was called and my food got. Portion was huge. I have a steak and shrimp flour with a loaded baked potato. My wife had a chicken fried steak with a baked potato. Steak was thin as it came with shrimps. Cooks perfectly med rare. If you want a bigger steak, do not order with the shrimps. Chickens fried was fresh and hand pounded. Price was a bit much, but it was for a dinner for two. I'm giving a 4 star just because of the decoration. A little outdated. Booths are also small. Will eat again.

Prime Cut has delicious food at great prices during the weekdays. The week ends, there are no specials. Their chopped steak and shrimp are the best. Plus 25 Vanille Cent ice cone is a hit with any age.

Works here as a teenager and still love come here again the same great food and only a relaxing place to eat and the staff are great!
