Subway - Scott Air Force Base

Surprisingly, this is the best Subway I have visited in the 618 area. The location is never crowded, the staff is consistently friendly, and the food is typical Subway fare. While I am not a big fan of Subway, if I do go, I always choose this location.

I hadn't been in a long time so I tried the protein bowl, I really liked it! : It was a philly steak bowl. :

I just ordered a Cold Cut Combo through Doordash and I received a Veggie combo. The sandwhich had everything I ordered except for the meat. I'm sure this was an honest mistake and I received a vegetarians sandwhich but I am irrate. The vegetarian who received my sandwhich is probably equally as mad. I want a full refund Subway. This place gets zero stars for being unorganized. Also, the jalapeños on this sandwhich looked expired.(I dont eat jalapeños and did not order those but they were on this samdwhich)

It took nearly an hour for us to receive our food. There were two employees, but only one was preparing sandwiches while the other seemed to be pretending to be busy.

The staff do not follow standard subway preparation guidelines. They put minimal vegetables on the sandwich and skimp on meat. I ordered a footlong turkey breast and was only given 5 slices of meat, when it should have been 8.
