Bidra med feedbackMy daughter, who has a disability, placed a phone order at the Subway in Scott, LA, and unfortunately, she encountered very poor customer service when she arrived. Firstly, her order wasn’t ready when she got there. Since she cannot get out of the car due to her disability, I expected the staff to show some understanding. However, the clerk refused to bring her sandwich to the car or accept her payment. It's disheartening that a well-known company like Subway doesn't have policies in place to better assist customers with disabilities. The level of service we received was extremely disrespectful.
I've visited numerous Subways, but this one really stood out to me. It was spotless, the food was fresh, and the staff was both friendly and efficient!
I absolutely love the food at that restaurant. Picking out your pizzas is definitely the highlight!
I appreciate Subway for providing a healthier alternative to traditional fast food like burgers and fries. My favorite orders are the tuna sandwich and the meatball sub. I choose different locations depending on my whereabouts, and I've noticed that most of them are clean and well-kept. The staff is very friendly, especially if you take the time to chat with them. As a loyal customer, I intend to continue eating there regularly.
I chose to venture out of my comfort zone and ordered the cucumber wrap, and it ended up being really tasty!
