My favorite Jersey Mike's. They don't chest and skimp on their meats. Great service ALWAYS!

I've ordered online for pickup several times, and most of the time the food has been excellent. However, there was one occasion when I requested no mayo, and they didn't get that right. Aside from that, everything else has been exactly as I ordered.

This was my first experience dining at this restaurant, and it was quite disappointing. When I opened my sub and took out one half, I discovered hair in it. I then checked the other half, and to my dismay, there was hair there as well. I glanced over at the cooks, and I noticed that only one of them was wearing a hat and had her hair tied back. The other two were not wearing hats or hairnets, and their hair was loose, which seemed quite unhygienic. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.

I spoke with Kaylee and explained the gluten allergy. Her level of care and attention regarding my daughter's condition nearly brought me to tears. She promptly changed her gloves and went to the back to properly clean the meat slicer and the counter. After ensuring everything was thoroughly sanitized, she returned with a new knife for slicing the gluten-free bread, changing her gloves once more in the process. Kaylee was meticulous about keeping the bread on the paper without letting it touch the counter, even after she'd cleaned it so well. She truly is a gem! Thank you, Kaylee, for your dedication to ensuring my daughter's safety while enjoying her sub!
