Chick-fil-A - Cincinnati

The food is the standard great fare you expect from Chick-fil-A. But even with online ordering in advance through the app, you still have a decent wait to get you food. It's pretty close to a lot of new housing, so its NEVER not busy. Full double lanedrive through at almost 9PM on a weeknight.

I went to Chick-fil-A and it was very busy, as expected. I ordered a Kale Crunch Salad and chicken nuggets with sauces. When I got to the drive-through window, they told me everything was in the bags when I asked. However, when I checked at the stop sign, there were no sauces or any of the add-ons. The parking lot was chaotic, making it difficult to park and walk in. The drive-thru line was also disorganized. This is not the first time this has happened, but it is the first time they failed to include so many of the items I ordered (5 in total).

Oh my gosh!!! My car broke down at the drive-thru today! Two young men from inside came to push my car out of the way immediately. They handed me my food once I parked, but when I tried to pay they told me not to worry about it. After waiting for about 5 minutes, my car started again thankfully! I will be taking my car into the shop tomorrow, but I am grateful for the help and kindness shown, as well as the complimentary meal. Your service nationwide is always great, and I finally had a firsthand experience that showcases the company's goodness and the quality of its employees. Thank you so much for your service to the community!

As usual, I was welcomed with a smile and warm demeanor. Despite the long line, the service was quick and efficient. My order was prepared perfectly and tasted fresh.

So here's the deal I don't like the company but kids really like their food. don't go often but it's close to the movie theater and because it's not a regular for us, it's always chosen so yeah... oddly enough there was a bridal or wedding party eatinglunch there (they must be big fans)
