Bidra med feedbackIn Piazza Busacca...in the heart of the town of Ragusana of Scicli...this place with a modern spirit...contemporaneous and disembark...it is extraordinary to enclose all the qualities of this beautiful land that is Sucilia. Flavors...profumes and aromas are enriched by the reception...from the availability...from the courtesy and smiles of the staff and the property. The menu perfectly combines the tradition and the young soul of this wine bar...reinventing and revisiting some classics...with wisdom and respect of raw materials...that here are excellent. To try absolutely the octopus in gazpacho and the crushed pear in Marsala accompanies a delicate cream. Very good also the fish of the days and the artisan ice creams. A place to return is always a pleasure for taste and soul. Wonderful evening.
We tried this restaurant by chance, and we elected it as our summer restaurant. You eat well, you spend little and this allows us to go often. Then the owners are fantastic, maximum and David. I recommend it. I attach photos of caponata, chips, and sloppy polyp.
I congratulate the children of the garden 's : prepared and professional all . Massimo , Davide , the chef Giovanni and the friend mamhud , at the height of the situation .I ate a really exceptional octopus accompanied by an amazing white . The wonderful welcome aperitif from the wise hands of David.
Last night we find ourselves in Scicli we decide to take an aperitif, we opt for this place. We welcome the outside and the owner immediately needs a great aperol spritz for me and a red beer crafted for my husband, all accompanied by an abundant contour: caponata, still warm, fries in cubes, with mayonnaise of their production, a cutter of local salami and cheese...while we were to conclude, we were caught by a abundant rain, unable to continue to move in. We were not disappointed at all. Thanks for the welcome and courtesy!
