Ars Vivendi - Schwerin

Yes, for us it was absolutely top! The service excellent, the food of the Bouillabaise was simply great, the fish variations of the grill excellent and the ridges fantastic has earned a 1.0 and the ambience we felt like in another world! The classic music combines with the cosy flair of this restaurant something special! And to underline it: You have enough time to serve the dishes time to entertain or enjoy this other world, it is NOT a fast food restaurant!

We ate here today and it was impressive in every way. That sounds very euphoric, but let's go through point by point, then they understand me. The location in the castle park is something special and somewhat inconspicuous from the outside, which is quite different inside. Nice covered tables and a friendly welcome, feel comfortable now. Then it went to the order, the card was small, but almost unnecessary, as the cook itself took up the order and put his individual record together for each guest or given recommendations that I never knew in this way. As an appetizer were a colorful selection of homemade antipasti and those were exceptional in terms of taste and composition (see pictures). When the main food came, it was really impossible to surpass. Set, garrison and merchandise...perfect(see pictures). I can really say that it was a perfect evening and the short chat with the cook/cook was also very nice. Too bad there's something like that, and I can only advise anyone who's serious. Even if it’s high-priced at the first moment, it’s worth every cent and considering that everything is freshly prepared, so don’t come with a rush (love relax and then enjoy)

Have eaten delicious cakes there, the service was very friendly and fast, you could sit on the terrace and look into the beautifully landscaped castle garden, we would like to come back at the next visit to Schwerin

Excellent kitchen, very friendly service, also responded to special requests. Beautiful location with beautiful places outside (we stayed there in the evening and sat in the sunset). Very recommended!!
