I won’t be returning to this restaurant. There are always extremely long lines because the staff seems to struggle with their tasks. Yesterday, I was charged $11 for a cold brew that typically costs me around $6 or $7. When I asked an employee about the higher price, he explained that they charge extra for certain pumps that I usually get without an additional cost. Even when ordering through the app, it would have only been $6.81. I’m really frustrated that I ended up paying $11 for a drink without a valid reason. The inexperienced staff makes it not worth the visit.
I just want to share my experience, but we go. I came to get a ****. there was no line, no people. there were 4 employees there. as I wait patiently, the line will wait longer ive for 20mins and I was the first in the line there was no line before .. after a few moments the guy after me got his order. So I got confused, I was like waiting? but decided to keep it to me. then another guy suddenly got his command. after that I finally got my order with another who was 4 from the new line. not even say I'm sorry, sir, it took me to forget her order. but she gave it to me as I just ordered it. it took 3 5 days before I got my order.
I'm not a coffee drinker but I do enjoy fruit drinks and smoothies and I rarely get anything for myself from there. It's my husband that has the coffee and Starbucks bug. I digress... For once Starbucks didn't have a mondo line and I needed... okay badly wanted, a juice drink. I went with the Paradise Drink Starbucks Refresher. It's pineapple, with chunks of pineapple and coconut milk. Did I mentioning love Pinole and coconut milk?! Placed my order and I was good to go. Until they called my name and said they were out of the pineapple chunks. Bummmerrrrr. I'll take it anyway. Guys... it was not good, I couldn't even finish it. It was the most artificial, bitter pineapple taste I've ever had. Total waste! I bought a big bottled water from the exchange and it saved the day. That will teach me to not forget my hydro flask when I head out for errands.
Your typical Starbucks, always line . Never had a messed up order. They tend to keep their products such as their mugs and stuff in stock. Always looks clean. I did notice the other say tho, there was a manager that was being super rude to one of the customers, I'm honestly surprised the customer didn't say something! I couldn't believe it because in the 3 years of being here I've never saw someone as rude as that one manager. She was pretty awful.
