I visited both SweetFrog and Red Mango. Both locations had limited options, but at least Red Mango allowed customers to try out flavors and the customer service is stellar. When I visited SweetFrog today, the manager was complaining about the condition of the counter. When I went to the counter to ask for a tasting cup, the manager was ignoring me until I asked if there were tasting cups. Let's do better people.

Love this place, me and my kids stopped by here on our road trip. Workers are very friendly, the one working was Jude I’m pretty sure (Awesome young man! Yougurt was solid. Definitely recommend!!

Super clean, my kids love it here. Great variety of toppings, a little something for everyone. I always choose the boba! This location also has a few dairy free options which is great. Staff are super sweet and keep the place looking fantastic. Dietary restrictions: Dairy free options Parking: Plenty of parking near building. Kid-friendliness: Great place for kids.

Very rude lady at the counter. I just had a procedure thst affected my eyes and accidentally gave her the wrong coupon coupon twice. We had the correct one but she was soo snarky and not kind that My husband just wanted to have leave.My smoothie was disgusting. Not frozen at all. Just thick syrup. No pomegranate or raspberry to be seen. This was like something you would pour on a pancake. Never going again and definitely not recommending. As a small business owner myself, I can say with confidence Shame on you Sweet Frog.
