Wendy's - Schenectady

Good service and clean restaurant. I mean, it's wendy's, but they're pretty fast to get the food out.

Wendy's always does a decent job with their food prep and presentation, never had a problem.

Online it says they close at 1:30am we came to the drive thru tonight at 1:15 and the guy had the headset on in the window but ignored us, not to mention the other workers were outside smoking in the darkness as if we couldn 't see them smmfh...another car came behind me and was just as shocked. I said online it said u close at 1:30am the smokers said were closed . So what time does this location close???

Short staffed, we were a big group, they just put it orders out on the counter, no idea which one was which, come on guys seriously? Take pride in your job

Poor customer service . Rushing me in drive thru when it was literally just me in drive thru and no one dining inside . I Order our meal and notice the woman biting her nails and then proceeded to touch the top of my cup while preparing. Definitely left after seeing that. Unsanitary and workers with attitude because they dont want to do their job . Why work in customer service then ?
