Applebee's - Schenectady

The food was cold and the order of mozzarella sticks wasnt a complete order. my desert also didnt come with the ice cream

It is really hit or miss here, dine in is in the regular ok, the “going” is terrible. today I ordered online, waited 15 minutes past my readiness, no employee in the “go” area , several employees went over me, engaged in conversation with each other and I went ignorant. when I finally got my food (almost $60) the ribs were cleaned, they did not send alfredo with the $7 brotsticks and everything was ice cold. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time that something like that happened. not really sure what the deal is here. Previously it was great. Not so much now. this would be 1 star if not for the dune in ok sometimes, anyway, it went on applebees.

So sorry for giving a 2 star, we started going back to Applebee's after covid and had good food and great experience. Butthe last time we went waited 1/1/2 hours for our food had 3 kids with us so was hard to leave. Other tables had left, apparently not enough help in the kitchen, and the management had sent helpers home the next time we were in. I really hope they get the management issues figured out because I really enjoy this applebees.

Horrible, horrible service. Ordered takeout in person. Waited 50 minutes for 2 salads and tenders. Watched people sit down, eat, pay and leave. Probably a dozen tables occupied so not busy at all. Staff was chaotic, restaurant was dirty and a mess. A ceiling tile, water logged and dirty fell from the ceiling and splattered all over the floor near the kitchen/bar area. No one cleaned it up. And once I got home I found out the order was incomplete. Please close this restaurant and allow another better run company to take its place.

Service was so slow and the new management was transphobic toward my friend. He was flirting with us until he asked for her id and then refused us drinks and switched waiters. He hid in the back until we left and the moment we walked out he was back at the front of the building. Our other waitress was so nice and apologized but this experience was ridiculous.
