Maggiano's Schaumburg

Last year for thanksgiving we got so much food, this year maggianos was quite stingy! Last year we were able to pick each of our dishes and this year it was shared. I didn't appreciate that. I'll be going somewhere else next year.

Holiday dinner. Nice atmosphere but the food was uninspired.

The noise level was so loud that I couldn't visit or hear my friend. Too bad as the food was delicious. I doubt I will return for that reason only.

I love the atmosphere but this location is ALWAYS packed so be sure to make reservations!

I was treating my niece to dinner and our time together was interrupted by having to be moved to another table due to fruit flies around our drinks and food and on the wall next to our booth. It was very unappetizing and annoying. The server was quite good and very pleasant she did the best she could under the circumstances. The food was also very good we ate at another table and things were fine until right after dessert and more fruit flies appeared. I spoke with a manager the following day and he was very apologetic and said that they had already contacted their pest control company. This was good to hear, but it will still be awhile before I go back. The manager did say he would send a gift card which is also nice of him. I understand things happen and that it is important how management handles it. They did the best they could. I just have to let some time pass....
