Baskin-robbins - Schaumburg

I was eager to try a new drink today, so I decided to visit this restaurant. The setup includes a Burger King counter and a Dunkin' Donuts counter. Despite there being at least three employees working, none of them greeted me. In fact, they ignored me and helped three other customers who arrived after me. I only received service after I had to ask someone to assist me. The staff was unapologetic and did not offer any discounts or apologies. Because of this experience, I do not plan on returning to this location.

Order 2 chocolate long John's, but each one was a filled chocolate long john that is missing it filling. So more air than doughnut.

Ice cream is old and freezer burned. Dirty place. Employees seem annoyed. Won't go back!!

The waitress was good at assisting with the order, but it was frustrating that her coworker was chatting with friends instead of helping when I asked for a sample of ice cream. She had to remind him to assist, even though it was obvious that customers were waiting to be served.

I ordered a double scoop of Beach Day ice cream and was disappointed to find that there were no graham cracker chunks in either scoop. I even checked the tub beforehand to make sure there were plenty of them, as they are my favorite part. I returned to the restaurant twice after leaving a review, hoping it was a one-time mistake, but both times there were still no graham cracker pieces. I politely asked the server to aim for the graham cracker chunks, as I had not found any in my previous visits. Despite pointing out a cluster of them at the top of the tub, the server ignored my request and scooped from the other side. This happened on all three occasions. 3/3 times with no graham cracker chunks.
