Strandduene - Scharbeutz

This is just so useless to go there….. Traffic jams from Hamburg, overfilled parking, overfilled beaches, too many people, a lot of places still don’t offer the credit card payment which is a joke. There is not a single positive point, just avoid it if you can and fly somewhere else for the same price. It is just bad, not even nice to watch. Oh yes, and the last, you have to pay to access the poor standard beaches….. Still asking myself where goes the half of my salary of taxes… NEVER EVER AGAIN, Spain, Italy, France, Croatia, we are better going there….

It must be said it is expensive for what it is but the fish is very fresh and the beer is cold. There are toilets available for guests around the back of the cafe and plenty of outdoor seating with sea views and seats with coverage from the rain if needed. Located just off the beach with a window for takeaway sandwiches it is perfect for those who use the beach but don’t pack a picnic.
