Westchester Burger Company - Scarsdale

I have to give this place one star for two main reasons. I really hope the owner or manager sees this and addresses the issues. First, this restaurant is hardly ever open! It's incredibly frustrating to stop by during dinner hours only to find it closed, even though they advertise that they're open. Please adjust your hours of operation! Secondly, every time I do manage to dine here, I always order a milkshake, but the blender has been broken for the past three months! That said, the burgers are fantastic.

I’m not sure why a burger restaurant would serve pre-made burgers. My burger looked nice, but it was perfectly shaped like a hockey puck, which really took away from the experience right from the beginning. While there’s plenty of space in the place, there’s not much else to entice me to return when there are so many better options available.

This local restaurant has never been welcoming to nearby street vendors. Since the pandemic, this large venue always appears deserted and empty. The plastic chairs occupy the sidewalk, but no one uses them now that it's cold outside. They also closed their location in Mt. Kisco, which seemed more appealing, but it made my adult son feel unwell.

Called in a pickup only to get there and wait another 40minutes for a burger and salad. The salad was incorrect and the fries were not even close to cooked.

This place was really clean, not too busy, and great service from our waiter. The food is priced well and if you're like me, an appetizer and a burger with fries is more than enough for me. The fries are thin, my favorite, so I thoroughly enjoyed them. The reuben spring rolls are to DIE FOR. They come with this amazing sauce to dip and it's been my favorite appetizer for years!! I rave for them. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars was because my burger came with pickles, but over 10 of them. I was only expecting a few pickles, I had to take most of them off because it was just overwhelming. Also, for some reason, our water didn't have ice which I thought was weird.
