Sweetgreen - Scarsdale

I was so scared to come here because the reviews seemed so bad. I personally haven’t had any issues with this location. My salads are always good and I eat here about 2x/week. They can get busy and it would help to have additional workers working but it doesn’t stop me from coming back.

$16 for 5 cubes of chicken, a little rice, and a small portion. I feel like I got robbed. I’m still hungry after finishing it.

I am being kind with my rating. I have been to this location 3 times the first 2 were a nice experience which is why we returned for a 3rd and now final time. We waited more than 15 minutes. I wondered where everyone was 3 people helping to check out a person. From there on everyone scattered/ran to the back. The lady ahead of us when she finally was going to place her order the employee yelled out to someone in the back. An elderly employee then came out and coughed near the breading toppings. My husband was placing his order and the employee was not familiar w a caesar salad. I opted not to place an order seeing the unhygenic practices/lack of knowledge. As my husband was paying the employee was scatching his scalp and pulling on his hair with no hair net or cap but a 1/4 folded bandana. He slide the salad to us. We left and threw the salad at the garbage can by the wine store. Train your employees on food handling and customer service.

I went into the SwwetGreen at the Scarsdale location this past weekend on Saturday while in New York for vacation.I was very pleased by the service I had from a young lady that was taking care of me.She ensured I left with a smile on my face by giving me great recommendations for my lunch.She was visibly happy and appreciative for simple interactions with everyone on line despite it being the longest line I’ve experienced so early in the morning.Will be going here every time I’m in New York!

Quality and service has really declined. There are 5 employees here. No line. And I am waiting here for me order that is now 20 mins late. Employees are more interested in chatting than ensuring orders to out. No sense of urgency. And they charge $50 for 3 salads. Will think twice ordering again.
