Tim Hortons - Scarborough

Why did they bother opening a restaurant for publicity when they couldn't even provide basic items that my family wanted to order? My son couldn't get a hashbrown, and I couldn't get a bagel or a sesame seed bagel. None of the employees were wearing masks, even though Tim Hortons has Covid protocols in place. Absolutely disgusting. If the owner sees this, I want them to know how terrible their personal and business practices are compared to other franchise owners.

He had me waiting for 15 minutes for a single chocolate chip muffin and then gave my sandwich order to someone else and left me waiting for 15 minutes only to make another. always experienced the worst service, as the server always had the worst setting and never respected its customers.

Tim Hortons specializes in the worst service during nighttime. They are extremely irresponsible and careless. Do not visit this Tim Hortons, even if it is the last shop in Canada. That's saying something. The staff is truly terrible.

Buns were dried out and not edible today. Called them to make them aware and they said they are pulling them off now. Do they not check these before they go on the shelf.

I only go here for coffee because everytime I order food they don't ever seem to get it right. Specifically said no tomatoes and they put it on anyways. The service is complete trash. They either need to fire everyone and hire a new staff or shut this location down altogether
