Tim Hortons - Scarborough

I never received my pastrys. Missing $6 worth of Chocolate Fudge Pretzel Dream Donut and Chocolate Croissant!!

I usually recieve wrong items from this place . I am not gonna order again.

No peanybutter cookie and didnt like the substitute.

I have a big order for to go. Asked for the lady for a bigger bag and told her i will pay it then she said no. I have a two coffee too that end up spilling all over the place together with the chillie. As I she said to put the coffee with the chillie and the coffee and the cookies. I got a 3 smalls bag and end up dripping all over to the parking lot. SO INCONSIDERATE!!

I haven't been this Tim horton for a long time due to the low quality which they provide. I think it may be changing as many years passed. It is still so disappointed. I order an iced cappuccino which is only 80％ filled, so I asked them whether it is something wrong. I insisted on the right order, so they added sth reluctantly, even I feel there no coffee except sugar syrup.
