The Original Pancake House - Savannah

Everything was average. I only rounded up to 3 because the portions are large. The 3 meat omelette satisfied my hunger. I think they did a good job stuffing it with a good amount of meat. The other item pictured are the blueberry pancakes.

Gail took my over the phone order and was rude. The grits are lumpy. The porkchops are tough and bland and the eggs are burnt and scrambled hard. They got one star only so I could post this...

Quite possibly the biggest omelette I?ve ever seen. Wonderful breakfast?but get there early to beat the rush!

This is some of the best breakfast food I've ever had! The crab cakes are to die for. We will be making this a regular spot for breakfast dates!

At The Original Pancake House, I had Bacon and Eggs. Thick sliced bacon and 2 large fresh eggs. It's also served with, your choice of pancakes, potatoes, grits, or toast. I got the potatoes and a side of toast. It was room temp when received, and had an off-putting taste. I couldn't figure out if it was the grease, maybe everything had taken on the taste of something cooked there, or something else completely? The one star is for the bacon, it was cooked like I like.
