The Collins Quarter At Forsyth

We absolutely enjoyed our breakfast at Collin's Quarter in Forsyth. The spiced lavender mocha is a must-try—it's incredible! We ordered the chicken and waffles, as well as the crab cakes Benedict, and both were among the best we've ever tasted. Our waitress, Belle, was fantastic and attentive. We arrived around 8:30, so there was no wait, but I can see it getting busy later on! We will definitely be returning.

Today, we had the pleasure of being served by Craig, and our experience was fantastic. He offered plenty of helpful tips about exploring Savannah, and his positive energy truly brightened our day. As for the food, everything was so enjoyable that we likely would have loved whatever we ordered. We went with the Avocado Toast and the Crab Cake Biscuit, which were both ideal choices for a brunch in the park.

I visited this restaurant for brunch on a Saturday and wanted to mention that they do NOT accept reservations for brunch. I actually find this preferable because it adds an element of spontaneity. The restaurant is situated in the lovely Forsyth Park, offering stunning views of Savannah's unique flora and fauna. Our wait for a table was about 10 minutes, which wasn't too long since we enjoyed strolling around the park while we waited for the text. Once we were seated, our waitress was incredibly friendly, offered excellent recommendations, and made us feel very welcome.

This place is amazing. We had a great time. The service was fast, the staff was friendly and professional. We arrived for brunch and I had the lavender martini. It was my favorite cocktail in all of Savannah. I also had the mushies and toast with a sunny egg. Delicious. I would definitely recommend Collins Quarters for brunch or a date.

We were in town for a few days and ate here 3 times. It does not disappoint. Quick service. Outdoor seating. Great customer service. The food dishes were unique and very delicious. The rose latte was really good! Highly recommend.
