Tim Hortons - Sault Ste. Marie

Just called there and staff was very rude. Disappointing.

Don’t come here the bathroom looks absolutely disgusting and on top of that I had an eggshell in my sandwich.

One of the worst visits to a Tim Hortons I have ever had. I stood at the counter for almost five minutes while the staff took care of car after car at the drive-through. The only customers that seemed to matter were the ones in cars.

Went in to get a dozen doughnuts and coffee and did a quick u-turn. Super slow service but lucky for me it gave me time to look at the flies that covered the food. Was really nasty. Like a street vendor in a third world country nasty.

I'm pretty sure my toddler got food poisoning from their timbits. She ate 1 and half timbit and started throwing up. I smelt the timbits and they smelt like yeast and did not smell sweet at all. She was feeling fine before she ate them. Then she felt sick with stomach pains for the last 24 hours now. Almost had to take her to emerge.Please make sure the stations are all sanitary. Make sure frozen and unfrozen foods are put where they need to be so they don't go stale and then reheated. It was the sour cream glazed timbits, which looked like honey dip. Something didn't seem right about them. Odd texture.Also, there must be a better way to handle a complaint in person rather than telling the customer there's nothing they can do and that we have to go online to deal with it..
