Dunkin' Donuts - Saugus

My new favorite Dunkin' is conveniently located on my way to my new job. I’ve noticed that the place is always very clean, and the bathroom was immaculate—I almost felt guilty for using it, haha. The staff is friendly, and I haven't encountered any issues. I really love this Dunkin'!

My orders are always delivered on time, accurate, and they consistently taste fantastic. I've never had a negative experience here. The staff are incredibly friendly, which is evident in the positive atmosphere among the customers. I specifically choose to come here for my coffee instead of somewhere closer to home because it really brightens my day. Keep up the excellent work!

Jade Justin is fantastic! They greeted me warmly right away, even though they were busy. They handled my order quickly and helped pack everything securely for my co-workers, ensuring it wouldn’t spill in my car while driving.

Staff were polite and efficient when I popped in here after a hike at the Breakheart Reservation. We also tried the ghost pepper donut and it's hard to describe properly. The texture of the ghost pepper sprinkles(? is similar to pop rocks. The heat is very mild and I wouldn't even call it spicy. The frosting is probably strawberry but we're not sure. It works and they balance each other out. An interesting experience but I'll probably stick with jam the next time.

Stopped here to grab a quick sugar fix and some water. The service was fast and friendly. The donuts, as always were tasty and fresh, and the price was fairly cheap. The restrooms were very clean. In fact, the entire place was clean and smelled fresh. I recommend the vanilla sprinkle donut. Super awesome.
