The restaurant offers a delightful romantic ambiance. I savored the pistachio-crusted salmon, which was outstanding. The red wine sangria complemented my meal perfectly. The service was excellent as well. However, the tables are somewhat close together, making it easy to overhear conversations from nearby guests.

The sides were even worse. The mushroom rice was some of the blandest food I’ve ever tasted, completely devoid of seasoning; even the onions lacked flavor. I find it hard to believe this is a regular side option. The asparagus was similarly disappointing, with overcooked stems just sitting on my plate. Considering our meal cost $150 for two people, I might have been more forgiving if it hadn’t been so pricey. Luckily, we had gift cards to cover it. There are plenty of better dining options in Saskatoon that offer superior food at more reasonable prices. Save your money. I had a wonderful dining experience! I ordered the chicken, which was juicy and absolutely delicious, along with a side of vegetables and baked potatoes with sour cream. My husband opted for the steak, and he enjoyed it just as much. The restaurant has a lovely, romantic atmosphere, making it perfect for celebrations and date nights, while also offering a more casual vibe.

My friend treated me to The Keg for my birthday, and we tried a variety of dishes. The portions were quite generous, so I ended up bringing some leftovers home as I'm mindful of my diet. Nonetheless, the regular meal sizes are ample for most diners. Our waiter was exceptionally friendly and provided helpful explanations of the menu items. As a seafood lover, I was thrilled to find lobster on the menu, which happens to be my favorite dish. If you're in search of a romantic venue for a date, this is definitely the place to consider!

We made a last-minute decision to visit the restaurant on Father's Day, just the two of us, and were delighted to dine in the lounge. The service began promptly, though our meal took longer to arrive than we had expected. However, the staff was quick to apologize and remained very attentive throughout our meal. When our steak came out well-done instead of medium, a manager swiftly offered to replace it and even adjusted our bill to make up for the mistake. The Keg continues to impress me, and I highly recommend it for date night anytime!
