My husband and I met a big group of our friend here after a wedding ceremony, there was only a few tables seated when we arrived. The group we joined had already ordered drinks so we had waited for the waitress to make her rounds which she never did. Our friends had to wave her down to get her attention so we could place our drink order, we waited well over 10 mins and she came back to the table asking if anyone would like drinks.. we still have not received our first drink we ordered 15 mins ago at this point. We had to ask again for our drinks and said yeah the bar is making them right now in a really snooty attitude. After 15 minutes we finally recieved our first drinks. Nachos and wings were the only good thing about this experience. NEVER AGAIN!

So hudsons is a decent pub downtown. They do karaoke on mondays (i think they're still doing it) and they're a pretty packed club on the weekend. During the week it's a fine bar; beer selection is solid (their house ale is not bad at all). During the weekend it's not the type of bar to go for a conversation, more like dancing and getting drunk. 4 stars. Not bad.
