I do not remember a time when I did my order right, the personal seems very overwhelmed and trained. they can't even do a bad job right. either they train their personal, they fire them and put them with workers who can do the job, or find them new management.
My wife visited two different Tim Hortons today to get an ice cap, and she was really upset when a lid popped off while she was getting out of the car, spilling the drink. About 20 minutes later, we went to our local Tim Hortons in Colbourne to buy another one, and the same thing happened right at home! It seems that the plastic for the lids has changed, and they don't always stay secure. Chelsea, however, was fantastic and offered to replace both drinks, even though we had already gotten one from another location.
I believe her name is Amrminder (though I might have spelled it incorrectly). She is an exceptional employee who consistently gets my orders right, even when I make them quite complicated. If you're considering promotions or raises, she absolutely deserves it. She is, without a doubt, the best employee I've ever encountered at this establishment.
I have consistently received outstanding service at this Tim Hortons! Earlier this evening, I was helped by a young lady who provided fantastic customer service (I think her name was Mila). I can honestly say that tonight, just like every other time I've visited this location, the staff were friendly, courteous, and patient while taking my order. I always leave this place feeling good. Thank you to the Colborne Road Tim Hortons team for your reliable and positive customer service!
