Chuck's Roadhouse Grill - Sarnia

By far the worst food I've ever received. Over cooked, soggy, dry, and cold and wrong!! They told me it's not their problem and they can assure me that I did receive loaded fries. There's no loaded fries clearly. The manager is very rude and has very little professionalism at all. Very disappointed and I will not be back.

Super cool staff. Greets you excellent. Food is average (some items are below average). Food review is according to this particular outlet only as all over Ontario chucks menu is same bt preparations are different in terms of taste. Wings with hot seasoning was very saucy, and too sour. Honey garlic wings were great. 4 stars only because of the staff and due to the atmosphere you enjoy with friends while dine in.

Four of us waited about hour and a half for food. All steaks were overcooked. The bacon wrapped filet mignon was unidentifiable. The were ordered medium rare. My daughter's ribs were so dry and tough they were inedible. On top of that, when we look at our $140.00 bill, they've added a 3 percent fee for what was supposed to be good food. This Honest Goodness Fee was printed in the alcohol menu that we didn't even order from. When the customer is surprised by an extra fee and the server is embarrassed trying to explain it something's wrong.

Oh Canada Day! We went out for a steak dinner and got so much more. Best thick juicy steak ever for a good price. We enjoyed the service and the friendly atmosphere. And to top that off we met Sue, the owner who is a wonderful story teller and was a pleasure to meet. Thank you and your Hubby , the cook for a day to remember. We 'll be back! Donnie and Alberta

Good burger last time. Got stead and lobster tail this time with a baked potato, it was really good. Had a good price for pitcher of beer. Definitely a great place to go
