Hall Of Springs Dining

I would recommend eating at the Hall of Springs for concert goers because of its convenience. The ambiance is lovely and the service is excellent. In the past, we have enjoyed the full buffet and dessert options. The salad bar still offers a wide selection of choices that could be a meal on its own. Instead of the buffet, diners now have options for complete entrees including beef, chicken, fish, vegetarian, and Mozzarella Ravioli, each with specific sides. Desserts are available, along with an ice cream bar. I chose the beef short ribs, which were disappointing as they were tough and dry. My husband enjoyed the sole francaise and the creme brûlée was generous. The price of $31.00 is fair, but with many dining choices in Saratoga Springs, we may choose to skip the Hall next time.

The restaurant offers a fantastic atmosphere and delicious food. The service was also excellent. Combined with a great performance at the space, it made for a perfect evening.

I can't praise our experience at the HoS enough. The staff is excellent and accommodating. The food is fantastic. The fact that we can walk just 2 minutes to the performance is unbeatable. Enjoying a delicious meal and then watching a great performance makes for a perfect evening. And it's not just for those attending a performance - anyone can come in off the street and have dinner there. Plus, the jazz cafe is a fun option after the performance. What a wonderful place!

Sort of like dinner in a mausoleum, echo-y and empty. Server didn't understand our wine order and substituted without clarifying. Food was pretty good, but not anywhere near worth the price. So disappointing compared to what it used to be like.
