P.f. Chang's Sarasota

Courtney our server was great. She was very attentive and explained the specials that were on the menu.

The service was beyond bad. Our server had 2 tables when we sat down, and 3 tables by the end of the meal. She would go to the kitchen to get something and not return for 10 minutes. Food was not worth the paid. In the past, we have enjoyed PF Chang's they have lost us.

Went after lunch rush. Service was great. Lettuce wraps were awesome as always. Didn't realize curry could be spicy so had to get the honey shrimp bowl with fried rice. It was great. Our server Samantha was attentive and helpful.

Nice evening, they were short staffed just like so many places but they worked hard and it was good. Everyone just needs a little patience.

Hostess was great. Our server appeared to be in the weeds or something as multiple items were forgotten. Server was also not the most attentive and couldn’t answer simple questions on ingredients in dishes. We love P.F. Chang’s and we brought 2 guests that have not been there before and it was not a great experience for them at all.
