Kurtos-chimney Cake - Sarasota

We ordered the Hungarian, Italian, weekly special (bree, jam, apple, ham) fireplace and a chimney dog. Everybody was so good. Then we ordered a New Yorker and Orlando ice chimney, as well as caramelized sugar, sprinkles and cinnamon sugar chimney cake. Absolutely delicious. Would definitely come back. Super sweet restaurant on the top of the large kitchen.

My husband and I loved this place! While we were here in Florida, we came here several times! The Hungarian bread was delicious and made fresh all day! Our favourite was the pure Hungarian bread. You make it in a spiral that makes it easy and fun to eat! If you leave, I would also recommend breakfast sandwiches. We have the bacon and the cheese that came with spinach! Service was excellent! The ladies who work there are so friendly and great to speak! I wish I could give them a higher rating!

Just delicious! Service was also great. I made my own sandwich, because the only vegetarian option did not address me. The woman behind the counter told me the owner was Hungarian and so is the store. I joked that I made my sandwich totally American, and I chose all the basic vegetables and cheese. But it was so great, and the bread is what made it stand out. That's what bread should be.

This is such a cool place to eat because it is so different. The ascetic interior is very welcoming and modern. The ice cream chimneys are very tasty and unique. If you're going downtown Sarasota, you have to go in here.

What a great find in Sarasota!!! We got the breakfast panini made from the chimney just about every morning while on vacation! Just the right amount, not too big, not too little, perfect breakfast! And a good price! As a treat we took cinnamon chimney for a snack!!!! Amazing!!! Thank you for opening this shop!!!
