I frequent this location as it is close to my house, and I also do Uber Eats a driver) I love firehouse’s food but this location has TERRIBLE service!! Always long waits for Uber eats orders, not willing to help with app questions when I am ordering for my personal needs. Shift “leader” if you want to call her that) Olivia is super rude everytime myself or my wife has had to deal with her. I feel bad for Firehouse she is representing their restaurant. I have witnessed her be rude to her employees as well. Staff here is ALWAYS fast and professional and EXTREMELY friendly! Food is always nice and hot and ALWAYS made right. I just wanna give a shout out to this location for being so awesome and letting me come in for hours on end and study in their dining room! Everyone is always so happy to see me and always says goodbye when I leave! Thanks for having me, you’ve got a loyal customer to this location for life! My husband and I ordered sub combos. The subs themselves were good, but we could tell the soda machine was dirty because both our different drinks left a foul taste in our mouths. Also, my chips were stale. Not my favorite way to spend $30.
