Dunkin' - Sarasota

I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service and friendly staff at this restaurant. It's not what I usually expect at an airport, where shops and restaurants can be busy and employees can be rude. This Dunkin' Donuts doesn't accept mobile payments, so make sure you have cash or a credit card on hand. Despite the long line, they were efficient and it moved quickly.

I arrived at the restaurant at 7:10 in the morning and ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. When I opened it, I noticed that it was not cooked all the way through and the outside was burnt. It seemed like they used a small toaster oven, which looked like a toy oven, to make their food.

Our sandwich made with ice, sausage, and cheese was barely warm. The seating area was not cleaned and was quite dirty. Come on Dunkin', you can do better than this!

I was very disappointed. we were there 0700. the donuts had a daytime old textur. my biggest problem, however, was the hash browns. when I opened my bag, there was the smallest small pocket with 6 quarter-sized kartoffels in it. I was sure in her hurry they made a mistake. the young ladies said that this is as it tells us to do it, most certainly not worth 1.49 . I have attached a photo. it's almost weird to see. again was very disappointed. ctad

There was no waiting. The iced coffee with almond milk and mocha was perfect. The old fashioned donut was fresh. Mmmmm...breakfast as it should be. Good morning.
