Didnt give correct order when it came to beverages, ordered Pepsi and received Diet Pepsi! Please follow directions next time. Burgers and fries were perfect, thank you!

The food I received was quite cold and had a burnt taste, making it inedible for me.

The food here was awful. I ordered the Chandler style, but what I got was just a regular thick, dry, well-done burger that tasted like it came from a gas station convenience store. The fries were cold—much colder than you'd reasonably expect from delivered food. The cookies were bland and definitely not "freshly baked." This place is marketed as being comparable in quality to Shake Shack, but it's actually worse than standard fast food chains.

I didn't receive the drink I ordered. The burger and chicken sandwich were both unappetizing, with the bread tasting like it came from a dollar store. My chicken sandwich lacked any seasoning or sauce. I can't believe how poor the quality of the food was.

Didnt even realize it was fake meat till after when I relooked at what I ordered. Amazing.
