Taco Bueno - Sapulpa

Recently gave this place another chance hoping they had made some changes to their quality of service. I believe they have and the food was good. Food could have been a bit warmer but tasted good and arrived quickly.

I really like Bueno, but this branch has consistently been THE worst branch I have visited. EVERY single time we have ordered from there, either half of our order is missing ,or not right at all not to mention when we go through the drive-through it?snot uncommon for it to take 20 minutes. I have boycotted this taco Bueno for the time being until either new management or atornado fixes the issue. Poor excuse for a ?fast food? restaurant entirely. Not sure what all issues are keeping this bueno fromactually operating, but be sure to double check your order if you decide to gamble on this place.

Extremely slow drive through. No reason to wait this long for mediocre fast food (I can get through Del taco faster and that saying something). Only stopped because it was on my way somewhere. 2 cars in front of me and it?s been over 10min so far sinceI ordered. Outside in the drive through area there?s a lovely waterfall of A/C condensation that has not only stained &damaged the wall, But also spits water out hard enough that it gets all over you and your car. When I did get my food, it wasbarely warm. Having previously been an area manager for well respected QSC restaurant chain, I?m not confide that this place isup to standards. Highly doubtful that I?ll be returning.

So, we waited 8 minutes at the speaker to give our order. Which it appeared there wasn't a vehicle in front of us. While we were giving our order the employee kept talking to somebody else and we had to constantly correct him. Then once we pulled around thebuilding, there was 1 vehicle at the window. 27 minutes later we got to pull forward. Our 2 year old and our 7 month old washysterical by the time we got the food, so we didn't even check to make sure it was correct. We ordered the $1 burritos, like 8of them, and the cinnamon chips. Instead we got the burrito supremes and chulupas. Or whatever it was, it wasn't what weordered.

Guy taking orders through drive through was extremely muffled. Probably because he has a Hoodie on and can't hear, plus in doing so screwed up the order. And for the love of it ALL can he/we not put down our phones and do our freaking jobs!!!
