Sonic Drive-in - Sapulpa

I placed an online order at 7:27 p.m. I got there at 7:28 p.m. and checked into the stall did not receive a route 44 water until 7:43 p.m. the fact that all I ordered was a water and I saw cars coming and going and I placed my order online ahead is ridiculous!

They will forget you are sitting there waiting 3/4 times. Once you push the button again all you get is attitude. When they bring your food out, it will be screwed up and dripping with grease.

Hot fresh food and very nice workers, even if there is a long line in drive through it goes pretty quick

The lady who took our order was completely wrong and ended up being so rude! We ordered like 10 burritos, and 4 drinks. Because it was for my family and it was cheap right? Wrong. Well I went to the window after ordering and she handed me this little bag and told me it was $9 and something cents, I handed her a 20 but as confused as I was, I told her I ordered 10 of them not 1. She then told me it was $14 something. I handed her 30 bucks because she was speaking so quietly I couldn’t understand her. She then proceeded to tell me that she still needed 4 more dollars, I was confused but I pulled my card out because I usually don’t carry cash but that was all the cash I had. She stopped me and then told me that they don’t do separate payments. I told her that I didn’t have any more cash and I handed her $50 in total. She then got confused and started going back and forth with me telling me that I only handed her $30. She then proceeded to ask for the receipts in a rude manner, and then handed me $15 back and walked off. Someone else had to end up handing us our food all because she walked off.

Waited in the drive through for a while to get freshly made slushies that were straight liquid. Also I ordered my usual and they told me it wasn't possible yet it is at my hometown location. Not happy at all.
