We had a nice evening. the menu was without ruffle, but with many surprises and special ingredients from the amazonas. our highlight: cassava, white form and acid-honey . my tipp to foreigners: skip the European wine that is available everywhere and try the Brazilian. the service is friendly and competent, but could be a bit more coordinated.

Really delicious tasting menu with a focus on local, hard-to-find ingredients from the Amazon and other regions in Brazil. The drink menu was also terrific. The caipirinhas were super tasty in all their flavors. Highly recommend.

We showed up at D.O.M for lunch without a reservation and they were able to accomodate us. The tasting menu had 13 courses for around R$600 each person and an extra ~R$400 each for the wine pairing which included 9 glasses of wine. They offered us a welcome drink made of local ingredients which was delicious. They had seafood and meat options for the main courses. The dishes were complexe, perfectly balanced and DELICIOUS. Exactly what you would expect out of a 2 Michelin Star restaurant. I wish we filmed our reactions every time they brought and described the dishes. We were literally mind-blown by the appealing presentations. The server described every dish and named ingredients we have never heard of before. The Maître D introduced the wines, some of them being local Brazilian wines of all sorts which paired perfectly with the food. The overall experience was literally the best we have ever had. I would like to highlight the Amazonian Ant infused with lemongrass. An Incredible and memorable experience in which we discovered and tasted every corner of Brazil. It was worth every dollar spent. I highly recommend the wine pairing. We will definitely come back.

One of the best restaurants in Sao paolo. Inventive, flavorful and has a lot of Amazonian influence. Lunch reservations were immediately available, not sure about the dinner. Highly recommend trying it!
