Bidra med feedbackThe food was completely fine (American sandwich in baguette and ham and cheese omelette). The waiters didn't care too much. Both of their clothes were dirty, didn't pay attention to us. There were some trash around the tables that we only noticed too late. The man's toilet was a bit dirty and the water tap was broken, while the liquid soap was mixed with water. Az least it was cheap. Though, I wouldn't recommend for more than a sandwich.
With many cafes and restaurants closed in Los Gigantes there is a limited choice. Restaurant Asturias is in a prime position so is busy. We ordered drinks only, the waiter was rude, took order and banged drinks on table. No social skills!! Worst of all is the toilets, absolutely filthy and disgusting. I wonder how clean the kitchen is??
This restaurant is set in a peaceful square away from the hustle and bustle of the harbour and offered a welcome refuge after a longish drive from Los Cristianos and a trek around the interesting harbour. I had a Spanish omelette €3, and a mixed salad €4.50 and my partner had a Hawaian Baguette. with ham and cheese €3.40. Both highly acceptable, fresh and inviting. Unfortunately, no toilet seats downgrades it a star!
We visit here once or twice whenever we are over. Good food good staff and those who say that head waiter is miserable just do not know him it is just the way. Those who find the food not to their satisfaction maybe are more used to fast food than this excellent place. It is up to them but we shall continue to go here as we wish and would recommend others to it C'est la vie
Bonito restaurante en la plaza de la iglesia. Hermosa vista, buena comida, servicio atento y camareros amables. Precios medios.
