ATG - Anticuchos de la Tia Grimanessa

Later I was looking for Picarones in some places. We don't have the perfect recipe. Here the Pikarones were made in a traditional way. They had a good presentation and the exact taste we were looking for!! Very recommended.

I came right here when they opened on Saturday night at 5:00, because I was told there was a monster of a line when I came later. Well, I was the only person in the restaurant until 5:45, so take your... time. The anticuchos are more expensive than what you find on the street and honestly, although they were okay, they did not give me the local, casero delicacies I expected. I wanted grandmother or aunt to cook, but I have restaurant. The pepper sauce was not as spicy as promised and I really missed a bit *wow* about the meat. Enjoyable, but missable.

We came to this cozy restaurant by recommendation one our family members that leave in Lima. The place is kind small and mostly served the locals and its on the Miraflores area but not in center. You coming pay for your simple menu of Anticuchos... Potatoes

The portion of beef heart was of decent size and very tasty. The mixed meal was rather small for a normal man as they don't really serve anything else except a potato. But this is an idea of anticuchos. You can additionally buy boiled corn...though. Since it's a famous place now it's not that cheap for what you get.

Algo que valoramos muchísimo quienes somos amantes de la cocina tradicional peruana, es la relación calidad - precio en los platos que consumimos. En esta anticucheria, a esa ecuación debemos agregarle el concepto "cantidad". El producto y presentación, implacables; las porciones bastante generosas y la atención muy cordial y rápida......bueno, si hubiese algo de cola por la hora, garantizo que bien vale la espera. Altamente recomendable.
