Restaurante Bar 1810

Was here 5 years ago and looked forward to going back. My fish was not fresh and simply was not well prepared. My wife had a different fish dish and was also very disappointed.

Excellent service, the captain was very accommodating and provided excellent recommendations. You can't beat the location with the restaurant located at The Plaza de Armas with good atmosphere. The food is very good. I would recommend the Chiles en Nogada, they were excellent probably one of the best I have had. Yes I will come back an visit again when in Querétaro.

Nice atmosphere, specially if you're on time to get a table In the terrace. The price looks high, but it's worth paying for what you're given. Give it a try!

My husband and I had lunch here and really enjoyed the food. There were some issues with our service- apparently the kitchen was backed up so our waiter sort of avoided us; we ended up cancelling my husband's order after waiting so long and my dish was plenty for us both. But we really loved the bread and the mocajete fajita dish I ordered. It was spicy and had different components that are typical Mexican ingredients. We also enjoyed the setting- there was nice music and we were on the patio overlooking the square, which was busy with holiday visitors. I hope we have a chance to go here again in the future.

We were in town after the parade and decided to pop somewhere for dinner. We knew this area was a bit pricy but we liked the look of the place. The seevice was excellent without being over the top. We were brought drinks quickly. This is a tourist spot so the menu was in Spanish and English. The waiter soon switched to English. Orders were taken and food and drinks brought quickly. We shared the quacamole, loved the pork crisps to dip in it. Also warm nachos and salsa. We had a variety of mains, all tasty. The menu would suit most as something for everyone. The stuffef chicken in mango sauce went down well with my husband. Another plus was the beer was ice cold just how I like it served in chilled glasses. Perfection. Try it. Not a budget option but we wanted something nice. Came to 350 pesos each for 6 drinks, 3 mains and 2 starters. The live music was spectacular.
