That good place to wait to collect the compostela! the quality of the products and above all the treatment, knowing to be above all the group of pilgrims that we were waiting, making the wait relaxing, with the good attention and professionalism that offered us all his team, has been recorded in my heart! It has been my first way to santiago of compostela, but it will not be the last and I appreciate all the samples of friendship that I have obtained, but as they treated us in this restaurant I have not felt ham, all the members of the team curro “El Jefe”, miguel and pepe “Camareros” and my countryman the cook, recommended and an expectacular cuisine, if you go to santiago do not stop going to thank you

Stayed for a glass of wine and that was it, food looks unappetising . Many better restaurants and bars located close by.

After finishing the Camino and dropping our credenciales off at the Pilgrim Office we stopped here to try their Menu del Dia at 9 euros it was fantastic value for money. I had melon con jamon to start 3 big slabs of fruit covered with jamon (serrano but let's not be churlish). Main course was entrecot de ternera ordered with trepidation as I have eaten ternera the colour, thickness and flavour of cardboard many times on the Camino but this was cooked to perfection was succulent and and a fair size. The postre was chocolate pudding (to die for) and my large copa of red wine was of very good quality. Only downside was the staff they were efficient and barely civil giving the impression that the last thing they needed was another group of euphoric but tired peregrinos....still on the next trip I'll go back.
