Bidra med feedbackQuitral is one of my favorite restaurants in Santiago, we go with my family every time they travel north. It is a waterproof, the atmosphere of the local is very good, the details of the wood decoration with an industrial touch make it very pleasant. On the other hand the letter to me personally likes me a lot. There is a variety for those who are carnivores and for those who prefer something lighter like fish. Perhaps the only detail is that desserts are not at the same level as the bottom plates or the spikes, but nothing so bad.
Nice and nice atmosphere, quick attention. We ordered two rich natural juices, but small. To bite slices of cheese and brown cheese. Exquisite shrimp, well-packed and fed cheese. Mechada's dry, but tasty. They worked basil, I don't know if I like the jajaja taste. In the background, I asked for neruda pablo risotto. First time as a risotto in a restaurant. It seemed delicious. It was like a congrio and seafood sandwich varied in risotto... many flavors, the very well cooked congrio piece... a delight!!My husband asks for angus with chocloca pier... exquisite the gut, very well achieved the cooking point, juicy and tasty. The baker's also very rich, very homemade. The last... mortal!I asked for the delicacy... I was accompanied by raspberry ice cream, which made it less heavy. In addition to a few droplets like maracuya coulis and others of white wine or champagne, as I don't drink alcohol I didn't know to identify it but find too nice and balanced dessert. My husband asked for the inverted brownie, a fried ice cream with crust like cereal too rich, the brownie also very good and brought a pure of spindle that I don't know if I had honey or anis, which was strange. In summary typical food with a more current and gourmet proposal, all cute and very well presented, come by the sight and by the taste. It's expensive, but it's worth going. I'm sure I'll be back, be wonderful!
Excellent place, quiet atmosphere, delicious food, presentations with quite dedication. We went to celebrate our anniversary and it was a success. To begin, we ask for a raspberry daiquiri and a drink from the pear house to the carmenere. Both well achieved. We ordered an atun pier, papaya and palta to share....spectacular. In the background we ask for a bowel to the English and a handmade, sublime longanices. And accompaniment of the chocloca pastry that was perfect. For dessert, the reverse brownie was the golden brooch, crowned with a fried ice cream and spindle pure.To sum up, excellent restaurant that reinvents preparations and uses endemic ingredients. And all this is sublimely complemented by a varied menu of national wines that rescue the best of the Chilean valleys.
Never fails! the roasted vegetables and the choclo pastry always exquisite good attention. Nice and quiet atmosphere. Good drinks and not excessively expensive
The place seemed perfect to go at night, it can work for something intimate, romantic or social. The attention was excellent!! Speaking of food and drink: The sangria was very good. The tuna pier is very tasty, very gourmet with a sweet touch (it seemed to me that I had unagi sauce), we also asked for handmade longanices that were delicious accompanied by a green salsa that complements the dish excellently.
