Bidra med feedbackWe went first on a Sunday eve and found the food so extraordinary we had to go back, and so we did. Honestly the best sous vide rendition of porc I've had in my life. Service was superb. A diamond in the rough.
Was at Ponti oscuri in 2015 when owners were different. It was good at the time but now with Chef Erik Lorenzo, the new owners, the quality and variety of the their cuisine has reached the highest levels. The hostary is small and cosy but would need a livelier decoration (very minor issue). Dinner was superb from the creative antipasto salad to the pastas and meats (also vegetarian) ending with an unbelievable desert: a Moscow mule gel......great San Giovese house wine and wine list. A MUST go place!
We found it through tripadvisor, we tried starters, pasta and main dishes. Everything was great. Home made pasta (delicious boar ragu), home made galantina (typical local dish), great pollo alla pottacchio. Also the bill was a very nice surprise!!!

Ottimo cibo, servito con molta maestria e ricercatezza. Locale piccolo ma curato. Cordialità inclusa!. Da provare sicuramente!
