Located in a position a little out of the center of Sant Antioco but surely convenient to reach both on foot and in the car (facilities of parking), this restaurant-pizzeria equipped with wood oven and barbecue exposed has represented for us a pleasant culinary surprise. Surrounded by extreme kindness, the first time we tasted a pizza. Very good we suggest those whose pasta is processed as a focaccia (we took the Bell with fresh tomatoes, rocket and buffalo mozzarella) extremely light and Mediterranean flavors. Discovered the passion of chef Diego for meat we returned the next day to taste some cuts of Irish meat (very good and tasty) accompanied by an excellent Cannanau Rosè . The following time on board of the cheff we tried a steak of Canadian angus. Given the excellent impression here made us, having the ferry late at night on the day of departure we have of good degree accepted the invitation to taste the fish before leaving . We had the opportunity to taste at lunch a calamaro and a trancio of tuna cooked to the very good ferries for nothing heavy accompanied by a sparkling white wine of the house. Surely the passion for the excellent cuisine that chef Diego demonstrates helped by his wife Daniela, is definitely found in the dishes he recommends and prepares. Honest prices. To try.
