McDonald's - Santa Rosa

Serious service today at 12:15 mst 6/11/22. we stopped and the loudspeaker was broken in the drive thru. No matter how loud I spoke the woman, couldn't hear me (obsolete)But when I spoke like a nfl screamed refere the worker said they don't have to shout sir thank I said they got their loudspeaker fixed and then they played the have a nice day game, try to talk me with highit. we go on, pay and wait 15 minutes for two green chili cheeseburgers and a number 7 meal that was cheeseburger fries and koks. When I went in to see what was going on, as it had been 15 minutes, the hired behind the counter said that they had not yet made my meal. I looked out and the restaurant was full of unhappy faces, a guy told me he was there 30 minutes and still no eating. I was waiting. Finally came a child and gave me my command to say so sad, our kitchen is not ready to pare. not on par? lol the owner must clean home or at least get a new manager. behind the counter-workers, as anthills, came together when you walk down. no direction, no organization, no teamwork. I'm sorry, they stay away from this place unless they have an lonnng time to spend in santa pink nm!

These McDonald’s has good quality service when they catch them at the right time when they are super busy, they try their best to eat as fast as I can, even if they come and complain about something that is nice, but they fix it on a generous wise

Had zero problems to this day, manager was so rude for me and in the round gave me the debt for their computer turned off. I gave them my code for a free coffee several times, even allowed them to scan my phone, the manager claims that I was collecting when I actually tried to get a free object with my points I already had. she pretended she killed her soul to give it to her anyway! it's not my fault that her system is reset when I'm dressed to be just randomly terrible timings.

So slow. so slow. he waited for a mobile job for over 15 minutes when no one had yet. it turned out that they gave my command to the wrong people and then had no warning when I appeared to ask where my order was. they saw me waiting. absolutely terrible service after the descent.

The quarter pounder w/cheese does not have nearly as good flavor as the always used to. However, it could be the Covid change my taste buds a little....
