Cinnabon - Santa Rosa

I visited the store on Friday morning and bought a minibon, it was hot and fresh. The customer service was excellent and friendly, I will definitely be back soon ? I recommend the product and the service. The person who attended me was Aide

Not the best customer service as sometimes employees seem as if they don’t even want to be there. The place is small, but makes sense due to its location, it at least has three small tables if you wanna stay there. The cinnamon itself is really really good. Overall, not the best service, but it’s really good if you want to grab a sweet bite to-go.

NOT HAPPY!!! I drove up from Marin County just made it with 5 minutes to spare, 3 workers standing at the counter told me they closed a while ago, well when I called they stated 8pm was closing!!!!!!!!!! You owe me $30 in gas.

Worst customer service super rude !!! Higiene needs to be a concern ASAP tall and big guy super rude and not friendly I will not come back ever again!

God like.... Absolutely amazing pretzels and sweets the cinnabon pecan thing with the caramel and all the extra dip was just insane I shared that with some of my family and it was just it was amazing the pretzel nuggets with the cheese dip is a classic you cannot go wrong it is not going to lie you're going to know if you have some common sense that it's very high in sodium content so if you have any liver problems or watching your diet you got to make sure you can check there and nutrition facts on their website but they're still very very good and the sweets as well very sugary but very good delicious I rate this place if you know what you're going for and you know and you don't care and you want to splurge and have something good like that that's probably one of the best places to go that's like that it's amazing I come back so much so often and it's very convenient in the mall!
