Carl's Jr. - Santa Rosa

Every single weekday, truant students from Montgomery High School hang out there and harass customers both inside the restaurant and in the parking lot. The employees there seem to be friends with most of these truant students and hand out free food and encourage them to continue to skip class.

I have yet to get a hot burger from here. They are always luke warm andsloppily put together and tasteless. Even the buy one get one free deal is NO DEAL. The meat in the burgers are overly wet and light gray...yuk.

Is garbage done waist your money in this garbage store . The people that work in here they don't care and put hair on the food

It was close to closing time .we ordered. 2 meals to eat there and an extra hamburger to go .the young man offered to hold our to go burger so it would stay warm.He brought our meals to us and ketchup .he provided the best customer service ive ever had in all my 56 years on the planet in a fast food service environment. My sourdough burger was great!!!

How is this restaurant still in business? A bacon biscuit costs $4.30, and making it a combo adds another $6. It's absolutely outrageous.
